Payment & Pricing

All prices are current and might change in the future. The order amount, including delivery and VAT fees is summoned in the basket at your check out. 

We offer the following payment options:

• Invoice via GWP Sweden AB (Invoice fee 9 EUR)
  

Delivery & Returns

Cost for delivery is added to all orders. Within Sweden we use Schenker with a set shipping cost presented to you at the check out. Outside Sweden the total delivery cost is calculated by Sendify and GWP Sweden will inform the customer before shipment.

• Delivery
  Basic shipping is currently starting at 25e exkl.VAT/parcel. VAT is added to the delivery cost. Delivery is within ten (10) workdays. We reserve the right to obtain additional delivery days in case we are out of stock. If so, the customer will be notified. 

The delivery terms are presented at the check out at each delivery option. If a product has a deviating delivery time it will be presented by the product in question. If any delivery delays should occur we notify the customer via email. The customer always owns the right to cancel the purchase at delivery delays. We will make sure to do all we can to deliver the products. However, there might be times when we won't be able to see the order through due to reasons regarding our suppliers or logistic partners. We reserve the right to disclaim all customer compensation due to this. 

Uncollected parcels

You must pick up your parcel within two weeks from arrival notice. If you don't pick it up within that time limit your parcel will be sent back to us and we reserve the right to charge you for the extra costs.

Returns

Returns are paid by the customer. These should be sent to us as pre paid parcels and not as COD's (Collect on Delivery). The cost for delivery of a new product (NOT a reclaim) back and forth is paid by the customer.

Reclaims

GWP Sweden AB cover the cost for return of a faulty product (broken product or mistakes on our behalf such as poor packaging). The right to reclaim does not apply when the product has been incorrectly used or handled in another way than it is design for or marketed as. Make sure to thouroughly pack the product(s) and contact us at info@gwps.se to receive your parcel- and return note.

Feel free to return you product within 14 days

You have the right to return orders with no questions asked from our behalf. If you wish to do so, notify us within 14 days after receiving your order (or parts of it). The product should be properly packed, in perfect condition and in its original box.

If you have handeled the product in a way that reduces the value we reseve the right to deduct the equivalent amount from the refund. The decrease in value is decided in each seperate case.

Refund

If you use your right to return a product we will pay you back the same amount you paid for it ASAP or within 30 days from arrival at GWP Sweden AB The delivery cost for returning the article is paid by the customer.

Privacy policy

When placing an order with us you have to provide us with your data. Placing an paying for your order means that you agree to us storing and using that data in order to fulfill our contract with you. According to PUL (the swedish Data Protection Act) you have the right ask about and receive the information we have stored. If this data should be inccorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you can demand that it shuold be corrected or removed. If this is the case, please send us an email.
